As part of the LGI culture, the team packed up their bags and headed to Pays Basque – a much-needed return to nature!

The three days spent in this charming and picturesque region afforded us a great bonding experience! We hit the ground running with several concurrent workshops geared towards enlarging the LGI footprint in Europe – we’ll be actualizing great initiatives in the coming period, be on the lookout! Our resident “Basques”, Esti and Flora also held a workshop à la Basque to familiarise the team with the region’s cultural heritage, folklore and gastronomic inclinations.

Day 2 was quite an adventure! We headed up La Rhune for a magnificient view across the Atlantic Ocean and Pyrenees but unfortunately all we got was a LOT of fog! On a brighter note, we took some photos with a group of seniors who found us ‘charming’. After lunch, we moved on to more adrenaline-pumping activities such as rafting and mountain climbing! We wrapped up our 3-day seminar at the Anglet beach before heading back to Paris.

Sharing experiences such as these definitely makes for a well-integrated team ready to make sustainable innovation happen!
