Innovation has always been at the core of LGI culture. We define ourselves as catalysts, acting as triggers to ideas and projects, and as strong believers in innovation, seeking new solutions to challenges. To go further in our innovation journey, we are continuously looking for ways to build a vibrant sustainable innovation culture and collectively grow as leaders in this space.
OFFICE CULTURE
At LGI, we’re happy to go to work. The office is designed to foster collaboration and spark creativity. We solve problems in the Solutions Centre, work together in the Collab Corner, tackle challenges in the Innovation Dojo, brainstorm in the Ideation Cave, and nap in the Mental Sauna. The coffee machine is a place to catch up, the balcony offers fresh air and every sunny lunch break is spent at the park.
TEAM CULTURE
You may have heard of our epic annual team building trips, or of our internal competitions, such as the hackathon of innovation, the “zero waste” challenge, the impact debate club or the Halloween costume contest. Then there are the legendary LGI aperitifs, the rooftop barbecues and the general camaraderie between colleagues.

If living, working, and commuting in Paris isn’t for you, we’re flexible. Our remote work policy allows our team members to work from anywhere, as long as they have an appropriate work space and a good internet connection. Wherever you are, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable and that you have the home office equipment you need to make sustainable innovation happen.
