Last month, our growing LGI team met in Lisbon, Portugal for a 3-day seminar dedicated to strategic thinking and planning, team building — and surfing.

This yearly seminar is part of the LGI culture and never fails to deliver. We meet outside of our regular environment to rest and strategise for the coming months. With our new change of pace, we met for lunch and bonded during long walks and fun group activities. The outcome? A tighter-knit group! Now we can bounce ideas off each other, share stories about what we’ve learned, and nurture a camaraderie that takes much longer in an office setting.

In Lisbon, we had two parallel workshops focused on sustainable innovation and technology which will feed into our future company strategy.
