Two interactive EKLIPSE training workshops are planned in January 2020 to start the new year on the right foot: one half-day training workshop in Budapest (14 January) and one half-day training workshop in Porto (20 January). These workshops will help participants understand the policy process and how they can better influence policy with their knowledge and experiences of emerging issues, such as those affecting nature, animals and ecosystems.

With these half-day workshops, we intend to create an environment in which active discussions can take place among workshop participants. The workshop will be very hands-on and participants will be able to get into breakout groups to apply what they have learned about science-policy-interfaces (SPIs) and policy.
