Supporting Hyperloop TT's massively decentralised innovation management

Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT) was founded on a unique 'open contribution model', inviting the world's brightest minds to contribute to innovative developments in exchange for company stock options. By 2018, five years post-creation, HTT became the first company theoretically capable of building a full Hyperloop system, a new means of transportation promising speeds of up to 1,200 km/h with exceptional safety standards.

As they faced scaling challenges, HyperloopTT sought to streamline operations and implement innovative project management practices to better organize their activities. LGI was brought on board to provide this essential support.

• Project management
• Implementation of OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) methodology and integration within HTT OS, the company’s operating system and architecture
• Design of a marketing dashboard and recommendations for implementing a piloting tool
• Support to the Innovation Centre: workshop facilitation, value proposition design, business modelling and presentation support
