Caux Seine Agglomeration - Prospective study for the location of industries in the Port-Jérôme industrial area
The project is a prospective study of Port-Jérôme's industrial development. It aims to explore the region's potential, assess proposed projects' impact and viability, and offer valuable recommendations for local decision-making.
The study first analyses the industrial potential, then evaluates project impacts and viability, and finally, devises strategic recommendations. The mission, requiring technical and multidisciplinary expertise, also emphasizes collaboration with local stakeholders for project feasibility and sustainability.
OUR ROLE
- Analysis of regulatory constraints, market specifics, and stakeholder mapping
- Review of economic trends, financial modeling including Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX), and environmental impact assessment through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC)
- Case studies on industrial conversion, identifying local synergies, and scenario development
- Strategic planning for sustainable industry, location evaluation, and decarbonization roadmap
