GoNaturePositive

GoNaturePositive! (GoNP) aims to pave the way for systemic change through a transdisciplinary consortium and a multi-stakeholder approach, centering around nature-based solutions (NBS) and nature-based enterprises (NBEs). This project involves the co-creation of five European and one Global Pilot in diverse sectors such as Agri-Food, Forestry, Blue Economy, Tourism, and the Built Environment, with the participation of industrial, political, NGO, and societal stakeholders. At GoNP, we're developing a clear definition and conceptual framework for the Nature Positive Economy (NPE), a roadmap outlining policy and governance pathways towards an NPE, innovative solutions to persistent roadblocks, and tangible demonstrations of what an nature oositive economy could look like in practice.

LGI's key contributions to the Nature-Positive Economy initiative include:

• Steering 30+ stakeholders to align NPE goals (2030-2050) with EU Green Deal and global targets
• Charting the NPE landscape, including policies, governance, and finance
• Conducting gap analysis and crafting strategic roadmaps for NPE implementation
• Develops change methodologies for the financial sector
• Encourages nature-positive practices in various industries
