Training course - Project and financial management for EU-funded projects in Ethiopia (NIPH / Norsk)

LGI was responsible for developing and delivering a training course on the administrative and financial management of EU-funded projects. The training covered in particular the components of the Horizon Europe programme for research and collaborative projects. The course was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 18 to 20 September 2024.

LGI presented the following sessions:

• Introduction and basic concepts for managing Horizon Europe projects and proposals
• Demonstration of the funding and tendering portal, and preparation of the consortium agreement
• Project management, including financial, periodic and ongoing reporting
• In-depth financial management
