Consultancy services for in-house training in fund mobilisation

The main objective is to provide a three-day training programme for ECREEE's technical staff, focusing on raising finance for medium- to large-scale energy projects that could involve public-private partnerships (PPPs). The training combines theoretical and practical elements. It includes a review of the ECREEE Policy Projects (EPP), suggestions for new projects, and the formulation of a priority pipeline. Other objectives include training staff on fundraising templates, such as the teaser and executive summary, for involving partners, updating the list of donors or partners for outreach purposes, and organising practical sessions with funding partners. The training took place in Praia (Cape Verde).
