OFREMI seminar launch animation

OFREMI is a 30-month public-private partnership launched in November 2022 by the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières (BRGM) to address raw materials challenges, supply chain disruptions and climate risks. Its missions include:

• Supporting industrial strategic intelligence
• Addressing sovereignty challenges
• Developing analysis systems

In January 2023, a three-day seminar gathered 25 experts from OFREMI partners to foster collaboration and strategic insights.

LGI supported OFREMI in:

• Seminar facilitation and strategic planning (Jan 2023)
• Partnership deployment and collective intelligence methods

LGI's response included:

• Team cohesion and customized design thinking
• Expert knowledge in raw materials and facilitation with OFREMI partners (BRGM, CEA, ADEME) since 2010
