Robust asset management processes were essential for ensuring cost-effectiveness across all stages of a transport infrastructure lifecycle, including planning, delivery, operation, and maintenance. However, existing solutions often concentrated on the later stages, specifically maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement.

RAGTIME, an EU-funded R&D project led by Tecnalia aimed to develop, demonstrate, and validate an innovative management approach along with an online platform to facilitate the holistic management of transport infrastructure throughout its entire lifecycle.

In this context, LGI was responsible for conducting a market assessment and designing the most suitable business strategy accordingly.
