LGI Seminar 2019: Montpellier Magic

Published On:

It’s really amazing that we’ve come together as a team every year for the past eleven years for our yearly seminar! It’s our 12th seminar and our team spirit continues to evolve!

This year’s destination was Montpellier, a quaint city in the south of France. The team arrived in the sweltering heat that welcomed all to the city, our first course of action – some lunch and then group exchange channelled towards kickstarting our conscious corporate social responsibility towards the society at large and (re)imagining the future of LGI.

The three days in Montpellier were rather well spent! We bonded over a group tour to the Grotte de Clamouse, one of the most beautiful concentration of crystals in Europe before splitting into three groups for the following activities: city walk around St Guilem le Desert, and canoeing or canyoning sessions for the adrenaline junkies! After our activities, we met up at the Pont du Diable to sunbath and swim. We rounded up the day with dinner on the beach… let’s just say dancing in the sand has its merits.

The organisers of this year’s seminar, Eve, Nicolas and Chloé made sure that no stones were left unturned during this 3-day trip, we thoroughly enjoyed our time away from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

And that’s about it for our yearly seminar this year, so many great memories will be cherished and we’ve come back inspired and even more excited to make sustainable innovation happen!
